It has come to my attention

Ok So I have no idea how many of you fine people who read this are Kolij students or just won't be in your home district to vote on November Second, but this is for you.

These pages point to the same place, it provides all the information one needs to get their absentee ballot so they can actually vote and not come up with a lame excuse of "I didn't know I could do that".

Now You Know, And Knowing Is Half The Battle.... GO JOE.

And for those lovely mainstream news people and the candidates themselves saying "This is the most important election in our lifetime" can go fornicate themselves with a steel pole. Every election is important, and people should know this.

One more lovely tidbit before I leave you fine people. Everyones favorite Dick, had this interesting tidbit to share with us.

Cheney told about 350 supporters that making the wrong choice on Nov. 2 would increase the danger that the United States, in Cheney's words, will "get hit again ... that will be devastating." Cheney warned that electing Kerry would send the United States back to the days before 9/11 when terror attacks required a reactive -- rather than a proactive -- approach.

Way to go ace, the average voter being a sheep as it is hears the word attack and gets all spooked, and now you tie it to the election. Shit like this is getting annoying. Terrorism is bad, I don't think you need even to be able to read to know this, but do you really think John Kerry is going to let another attack happen ? If so, give me those drugs you're taking cause I need to leave this planet for a little bit. Mind you Kerry is a scary scary man and isn't the greatest choice from the dems, but it's all that's left.

I really hate going the political route in these posts but I can only scream about stupid people in the news for so long, so I turn to stupid people who run our government for a little bit of a change.

watch your right watch your left watch the right watch the center and watch your back!

Dog Shoots Man

This is a great story, its a shame A) The guy's head wasn't blown off and B) He had the chance to kill 3 of the dogs before he was shot.

Gundog

Yea thats a face you want to shoot, what a fucking moron. Take the dog to a shelter if your dumb ass can't deal with it.

A puppy facing death along with the rest of his litter took matters into his own paws, police said.

Jerry Allen Bradford, 37, of Pensacola, allegedly had decided to kill seven puppies he had because he could not get rid of them any other way, Escambia County Sheriff's Office spokesman Sgt. Ted Roy said.

"He said that he could not give them away. He tried to give them away and he was unsuccessful so that was the alternative he used," Roy said.

Bradford allegedly shot and killed three of the puppies — 3-month-old shepherd-mixes, but when he tried to finish off the rest they wouldn't sit still for him.

The man told authorities he was holding one dog in his left hand and one dog in his right hand, but he couldn't control them, Roy said.

When the puppy in his left hand began to wriggle free, it put its paw on the gun's trigger, causing it to fire and the bullet hit the man in the wrist, Roy said.

When Bradford went to a hospital emergency room to get treatment, a doctor called authorities about the gunshot wound, the sheriff's department said.

The three puppies Bradford allegedly shot were found in a shallow grave with bullet wounds in their heads, Roy said.

The remaining four puppies and their mother are safe now at the Escambia County Animal Shelter.

"They're doing great," said Bruce Rova, a spokesman for the shelter. "The puppies are in good health. They're friendly."

Bradford is facing felony animal cruelty charges, Roy said.

"He was not arrested due to the fact he had that gunshot wound to the arm and the warrant will become active and he'll have to go to court and plead his case," Roy said.

Rova said he doesn't understand why anyone would think they had to shoot a dog just because they could not find a home for it.

"If it's someone you need to take care of that animal and take responsibility off of them as a burden we're definitely here," Rova said.

As for the future of the dogs, the mother may be returned to the Bradfords, but the puppies will be put up for adoption, authorities said.

Calling myself an artist is a strech but...

When I take pictures, I do it for me and me alone. Sometimes I think people sometimes miss that point compleately and think its just a matter of pulling the shutter release. Its about the work involved, the trial and error, the ability to make an image effect someone on some level when they see it. There is no pushing it to go someplace it doesn't want to go.

Pleasant Bullet

Poison The Well

I've woken up everyday with my eyebrows pointing at my mouth.

Making all who care for me go through all my worst times with me.
And I give them no choice...all my worst times with me.
I need to be unhappy to smile, but I haven't quite got the hang of it yet.
I need to figure out why this room has blinds that never open.
It's so hard to be these days. I wasted all my time trying to remember
the word content was.
There isn't much to open eyes for.
I want to be excited just haven't been educated yet.
Wonder how long it will take before they leave me behind.
Questions in and questions out, they always ask me.
It's so hard to be these days. I wasted all my time trying to remember
the word content was.
I just want to be happy.

Saw Garden State today

I must say I Thouroughly enjoyed this film. Zach Braff did quite a job for his first forray into the feature film world. I would recomend it to anyone who wants a fairly dramatic story with bits of humor interjected into the mix. The characters were well done and the movie flowed well.

I give it 85 stars out of 90 stars because I like fucked up rating scales that mean nothing.
